[ig-zawst]
–verb
1. to drain of strength or energy, wear out, or fatigue greatly, as a person: I have exhausted myself working.
This picture was taken last weekend when we stopped over to visit some friends. It had been a busy morning and as you can see... Abby just couldn't keep up.
I took her out of her carseat when we arrived - she didn't wake up.
I carried her around our friend's house as I got the tour - she didn't wake up.
I held her and carried on a conversation (all the while Thomas was laughing and screaming) - and she still didn't wake up.
So... I just laid her down in the oversized chair in the middle of their living room.
"Exhausted" definately describes our little girl last Sunday morning. I then had to wake her up in order for us to leave. "Exhausted" was probably an understatement.
