Cold weather baby

Bundling up for the cool Florida nights!

This weekend I rolled over completely for the first time - this is my "ready" position! Now I have to figure how to roll back over to my tummy!

Aunt Jen and me! Notice my "Game Day" bib on...I made sure that I had it on while she was here this weekend and we cheered on FSU!

Funny white hat

Daddy stayed home this week from work, so we got to spend a lot of quality time together. Well, apparently he thought it would be funny to see my reactions to this little stunt...a burp cloth on my head. Actually, I thought it was pretty funny. I just couldn't get it off of my head. Do you see the sick humor my daddy has? If mommy had been home - surely she would have come to my rescue.

Johnny Jumper

I got to try out my new "Johnny Jumper" this week. I might be a tad small for it, but then again my mommy is a little anxious to try out my new toys. At first, it took some getting used to. It kinda felt like I was in my walker, but then...I started to twist around in the door way and daddy had to "undo" me so I wouldn't spin. I guess my feeties and legs still aren't under control yet. After a while, I just decided that I would drool on the soft edge and watch mommy & daddy cook dinner.

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!

Yummy! Now that I am 4 months old, the doctor said that I am ready for cereal! Mommy & Daddy were so proud of me that I ate the whole thing. As you can see with it all over my face, I loved it! Watch out fruits and vegtables...here I come!

Surf fishing at the beach

Mommy and I decided to go see daddy and Poppie out at the beach today when they were surf fishing. It felt so good to have the sun on my feeties and the breeze in my face. I can't wait until next summer when we can spend the day playing in the sand and water.

But after a while, even relaxing at the beach was tiring - I just couldn't stay awake any longer.

Me, mommy and Poppie on the beach while daddy was fishing.

4 months old!

Nana stayed over at our house one night this week so I got to read with her after my tubby bath. She read me one of my favorite books before we put 'jammies on to go night-night!

Playing all day is tough work...sometimes you just have to crash hard for a nap!

A whole new view

It is a totally new view now that I am in my walker every day and can see everything that is going on around me. Mommy & Daddy pull me around the house so that my feet get used to be on different surfaces. We even go outside and listen to the birdies & watch the squirrels. Check out my legs though...don't they look like future soccer legs????

Grannie & me!

We were out to eat lunch today and Grannie let me put my feet on the table while I ate. Mommy was not thrilled at all that I was doing that. She said something about being spoiled by Grannie and that I better not think I can put my feet on the table at home. Ummm....I was really comfortable though!

Mommy & Daddy just got a new bed...a king size. They laid me down on it - but look who is the king now...ME! There is so much room in this bed - I can't believe that I have to sleep in a tiny crib when they have all of this room.

I live for the weekends...

Daddy, Mommy, Ziggy and me all went to Nana's house last Sunday and got to have dinner with her. We played and ate and had a really good time. I even got to use a new "big boy" chair at her house. As you probably tell, it was a little big - but daddy fixed it up with some extra towels and I was good to go!
Look out - Naked boy! I love baths. Mommy always uses lots of soap and suds and I love the way the warm water feels. Mommy even tells me that I smell "yummy" after I'm all dry and in my 'jammies!
