I'm not sure if Brian did this because he had the outdoor running itch too (his PT has been all indoor running) or because I went and ran my mouth on my Friday Night Leftovers about wanting to get my run on, but I'm not sure there are too many excuses for not running now.
I guess this will teach me to becareful what I wish for!
After finishing up his shoes, Brian headed out for a 5K run with his new bling-bling.
