We had an impromptu visit with Santa last weekend when we were out shopping. With no waiting lines and 2.5 kids (because I'm not sure about Marilyn) brewing with excitement & giddiness... we seized the moment. A quick "hello" and wave was all the kids could muster up when it was their turn. Their eyes were glued to him, especially when he pulled out candy canes for them.
We were certainly not dressed in our Sunday best, nor our holiday gear to say the least (case in point is Abby who is sporting heart pants with a polka-dotted shirt)... but that made no difference.

with no screaming children.
