Today was a lazy Sunday and all Mommy, Ziggy & I did was play. I'm really impressing Mommy this week with all of my babbling ("da-da, ba-ba, ma-ma") and all of the different foods I'm eating with my 6 teeth. Yep - I got one more chomper on top and I am biting anything I can get my teeth on. Of course, I have also been fighting my 5th ear infection this past week - but mommy still calls me her Happy Camper!
The Florida days have been warm & sunny lately. So I finally was able to convince Mommy to fill up my pool and let me go for a swim (or at least a splash). We had a really good time - even Ziggy ran around like a crazy dog, enjoyed drinking water from the pool and then layed in the shade under Daddy's boat. I can't wait to go in the big pools at Nana's & Grannie's house this summer - and of course go to the beach with Mommy.

I told mommy that I was ready for my pool to be filled up - but for some reason she thinks its still too chilly. So...I took matters into my own hands. I found Ziggy's water bowl on the back porch and the rest is history.
I have been watching mommy work the lid on this trash can for months and I have finally figured it out. That and I'm finally tall enough to reach it. Watch out now - I am into EVERYTHING. Poor Mommy...
What? Did I do something I wasn't supposed to?
I'm a tough cookie - but today was no picnic. I was chasing after one of my favorite toys at school when I was playing outside and BOOM - I fell hard on the concrete. As you can see here from some of Mommy's pictures - its a pretty good size Boo-Boo. Like I said, I'm a tough cookie and I'll be alright. Of course, I'm not sure if Mommy is OK with it. I gave her a big kiss tonight and let her know I was feeling fine.
I told Mommy not to worry about cutting the grass this week - I would just come out every afternoon when we get home from school and pick the grass. You know - I'll just pick a few pieces every day and that should take care of things for her. While I'm doing that, I thought I would also do some of my yoga moves that Mommy taught me. What do you think?
My Daddy just sent me a present - a Desert Teddy Bear that he picked especially for me. Mommy and I sat down on the kitchen floor together when the package arrived and we opened the box to find my teddy. I know my Daddy really misses me and loves me. "Hi Daddy...this is a message for you...I miss & love you. Thank you so much for thinking of me - I love my special present!"
I'm outta here. This little tent is getting too small for me. How is anybody supposed to stretch out in cramped quarters like this one? I'll need to talk with mommy about this.Video Clip - As you will see, Thomas is determined to "walk" his Old MacDonald rider any way he can.
