In the spirit of the "Military Child" this month, I thought I would post an old video (2008) which was part of a news story that our local newspaper wrote the day before Brian returned from his first long deployment once we had kids. It was indeed a long 8 months. However, with teaching, a toddler and the holding down the Homefront while Brian was gone, time really did fly by. I have my good friend and teaching colleague, Beth, to thank for stumbling upon this on YouTube this week. Thank you so much Beth for sharing... you have brought back so many memories for me.
